Springdale High School Welcomes Joellen Wright as Head Volleyball Coach

Joellen Wright is no stranger to the volleyball circuit in Northwest Arkansas. She was a member of the Siloam Springs volleyball program from 1995 - 2023. She was the head varsity coach there for 6 years and was named the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette Coach of the Year for her efforts in 2013. She came to Springdale High School in August 2023 as a member of the FACS department and coached 8th grade volleyball at George Junior High School. Joellen and her husband Mitch have two sons Gus and Thad. As a coach, Joellen brings a championship pedigree to the court and as a leader, she brings unparalleled character and integrity. Coach Wright is the "Wright" fit for the future of Lady Bulldog volleyball.
